In this video, the Cave of the Patriarchs is full of Jewish worshippers partaking in the ‘selichot’ services prior to Yom Kippur. ‘Selichot’ are communal prayers for Divine forgiveness said prior to the High Holidays.

Jews have been praying at this holy site for over 3,000 years. You can hear and feel the energy in the air as these worshippers are preparing to observe Yom Kippur, one of the holiest days on the Jewish calendar.
